ETHORIX Limited – Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we specialize in high-quality, pre-owned, and used items (laptops, PCs, CPUs), please read our policy carefully regarding how returns are handled under UK law.

1. Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

• To initiate a return, you must notify us via email at ethorix8@gmail.com within this 14-day window.

• Once notified, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

2. Condition of Returned Items

Because these are used electronics, all items are thoroughly inspected, serial numbers are recorded, and internal components are logged before dispatch.

• To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in the exact condition it was received, including all original packaging, power leads, and accessories.

• Diminished Value: If the item is returned with signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it (e.g., cosmetic damage, missing parts, altered software/OS, broken warranty seals), we reserve the right by law to deduct a percentage from your refund up to the full value of the item.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Change of Mind: If you are returning the item because you no longer want it, you (the buyer) must pay the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. ETHORIX Limited is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

• Faulty Items: If the item is genuinely faulty upon arrival, we will provide a prepaid return label.

• 4. Faulty Goods : Please note: This does not cover accidental damage, liquid spills, software viruses, or user-initiated modifications (e.g., overclocking CPUs, breaking warranty seals).
