1. Shipping Destinations
We ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not ship internationally or to freight forwarding companies.
2. Processing and Delivery Times

Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Delivery: All items are sent via a fully tracked and signed-for courier service (e.g., DPD, Royal Mail, DHL). Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days depending on your location.
3. Delivery Failures & High-Value Items

Because we sell high-value electronics, a signature is required upon delivery.

If a delivery fails because no one was home or because an incorrect address was provided, the courier may return the item to us. In these cases, you may be charged a re-delivery fee.
4. Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If the external packaging arrives severely damaged, please reject the delivery or sign for it as "DAMAGED". You must report any transit damage to us within 48 hours of delivery.
