Section 1 - Overview

This website is operated by ETHORIX Limited. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ETHORIX Limited. By purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Section 2 - Product Condition (Used & Pre-owned Goods)

You acknowledge and agree that the products sold on this website (laptops, PCs, CPUs) are used, pre-owned, or refurbished unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Reasonable cosmetic wear, scratches, or minor blemishes are to be expected and do not constitute a defect.

  • Battery life on used laptops is expected to vary and will not match original manufacturer specifications. Battery degradation is considered normal wear-and-tear for used items.

Section 3 - Technical Testing & Fraud Prevention

To protect our business against fraudulent returns:

  • The unique serial numbers, component specifications, and internal hardware configurations of all PCs, laptops, and CPUs are recorded prior to shipment.

  • If an item is returned with swapped, missing, or altered internal components, no refund will be issued, and the matter will be reported to Action Fraud UK.

Section 4 - Limitation of Liability

ETHORIX Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business profits, or system downtime resulting from the use or failure of any hardware purchased from us. It is the customer's responsibility to back up all data.

Section 5 - Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
